Dr. Whitlatch is a Senior Research Scientist and Assistant Director of the Center for Research and Education at the Benjamin Rose Institute. She has spent her career focused on the needs of both the person living with dementia as well as their family/friend care partner, and was among the first to design and evaluate dyadic interventions in the field of dementia. She is strongly committed to building capacity and targeted training for scholars across disciplines to ensure high quality research is conducted to meet the needs of this growing population.
