MassaChusetts General HOspital Roybal CeNter For BehavIoral Dyadic ResEarch in Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias
Developing, optimizing, testing, and implementing dementia dyadic interventions (DDIs) across the spectrum of ADRD in both hospital and community settings, to improve health and prevent negative individual and dyadic health outcomes.
Center Cores
We provide funding, resources and consultations for investigators who conduct rigorous dementia dyadic intervention research with efficient translation.
We aim to:
Develop a diverse, next generation of scientists committed to a program of research in dementia dyadic interventions (DDIs) to improve health/prevent negative health outcomes across hospital and community settings.
Use an experiential learning-based approach to intervention development, testing and implementation that prioritizes mechanisms of behavior change.
Accelerate translation of research so DDIs can be successfully scaled across the NIH Stage Model and implemented in care.
